Our work starts as soon as we get your order. We accord the highest priority to each order. Depending on the product you choose it will be immediately shipped once the product is ready. Custom products may take 2-3 days or more to be shipped.


  • All product cost on the website includes shipping cost within India*. It may take 2-15 days for orders to be delivered based on your Pin Code. The likely delivery date will be told to you at the placing the order. However, in case of any delay due to unforeseen reasons or any issue you face, please inform us. We will do everything to ensure that the product reaches you safely. 
  • We ship the products using reputed couriers as our logistic partners. They will take care of your product during shipping and delivery at your doorstep. In case the Pin Code is not serviced by our courier partner, we will send it by Speed Post.
  • We will provide you the tracking information once the order the shipped. Live tracking data will be available on our website. Click Here to know more 
  • The tracking/ delivery timelines are indicative and, on some occasions, there might be some delays due to reasons beyond our control. On such occasions, we will keep you informed in case of any delays. 
  • We will be sharing your address and mobile number with our logistic partners for a smooth delivery. 
  • In case an order has more than one product, we may ship products separately. All Tracking details will be available to you. 
  • International shipping facility is available. Charges / duty etc as applicable need to be borne by the buyer/customer.

  • All orders within India are delivered at your door step/address. 
  • Our Logistic partners will adhere to the laid down norms/ COVID norms. In case of any issue, please let us know along with the order number. 
  • Our Logistic partners will try adhere to all your instructions given at time of placing order. 
  • Standard norms of signing/ sharing OTP on receipt of the package will have to be completed prior to receiving the packet. 
  • In case the packet is torn/ tampered with, please inform us immediately. A photo of the same will be helpful. 
  • Re-attempts as per Courier Partners norms will be done for all orders which could not be delivered in the first/ second attempt. Undelivered packet will be returned to us. 
  • COD.  It will be handed over only on receipt of order amount. We encourage digital payments to reduce such hassles and our payment/delivery partners may contact you for such assistance prior to order delivery. We are offering a great discount if you place a pre-paid order. Apply the applicable Coupon given in Home/ Discount page.
  • Collection By Self.     We do not have any facility to hand over the product to buyer from our warehouse presently. As it is all product costs include shipping and we will ensure that the product you ordered reaches you safely by the fastest means. So sit back and relax while we along with our logistic partners do the needful. 

  • Express Delivery.  Just let us know and we will organise it for you. Charges may apply for Express Delivery. Presently only select products and Pin Codes are available for Express Delivery. 

  • Cancellations of Orders      Read our policy in the Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.

  • Cancellations of Orders by Parijath’s.       There may be certain orders that Parijath’s is unable to accept and must cancel. Parijath’s reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the you, You need to accept and undertake that the same is acceptable and he/ she/ it will not contest/ raise any dispute on the same. The situations that may result in cancellation of your order includes non availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non- availability of the delivery service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Parijath’s/ our payment partner. You may opt for an alternate product or ask for refund.

  • Emails/ Queries. In case of any queries or order shipping / delivery related issues, please send a mail at or chat with us. We generally respond within same/ one working day.
