Answer. We are offering night wear and loungewear online to our customers. Our name takes a cue from Parijath’s which is also called the night jasmine. We started our operations in October 2020 on Amazon India with an aim to bring to our customers a curated collections of nightwear and loungewear. We are trying to ensure that the best reaches you at affordable prices. We are offering our products on various market places like Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho*. We do not have any offline store/ presence presently.

Answer. We are using various types of cotton, rayon and woolen fabrics for our products. The type of fabric varies from medium range to premium range. Question. Does the fabric bleed colour or shrink during wash?
Answer. Some fabrics tend to bleed colour or shrink during initial wash. It will vary from product to product based on the fabric used. Question. Please tell me about your sizing of products?
Answer. The link to our size charts are given on each product pages. We have products for women and kids. Teens may choose any of the product as per their choice. There are different kinds of sizing charts we follow.
- Her's. Some of our products have a only one size ie Free Size and some have sizes from Small to 9XL. The sizing of each product is given in the specification of each product.
- Kid's. The sizes are available from 22 to 36. The sizes from 32 to 36 are generally best fit for teens.
- Our sizes fits most. In some case minor alterations will be needed.
Question. The nightwear I bought is not looking good on me?
Answer. We have tried our best to give as real and as accurately pictures and description as possible. The dress, fitting and fabrics drapes will vary from person to person depending on the design/style of the dress. Please select the one which suits you the best.
Question. There are similar looking products in the market and they are selling it at lower price Parijath’s?
Answer. We would not want to comment on the prices and quality being offered by other. We recommend you to do it yourself to know the difference. We assure you that the prices of our products are the best when compared with equivalent quality products. We give great and fabulous offers on our website which making the shopping with great.
Question. The product I received has variation in colour or print from what was displayed on the website?
Answer. We have tried our best to give as real and as accurately pictures and description as possible. The computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices display tend vary based on settings/other issues and hence what you see will depend on your device.

Answer. We take from 2 to 15 days to deliver an order . We give you a timeline by which we expect the order to reach you prior to placing the order. We do our best to honour this commitment. We are using reputed couriers’ partners to ship your product.

Answer. We endeavour to ship it out by on same or next working day. However, this will vary from product to product based on its availability. Custom products may take 2-3 days or more to be shipped.

Answer. We accept orders for certain out of stock items. It has been mentioned against each product. Please note that we reserve all rights to accept or reject such an order which is not as per our policy and it shall be binding.

You may use any of them at your own discretion. We have no tie up or relationship with any such app. Please be careful of what you share.

Answer. Yes. You can pay our trusted logistic partners on receipt of your order at the time of delivery. You may read about COD in the Payment Terms page.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Question. What is your return and cancellation policy?
Answer. You can return or exchange the returnable products within 7 days from the Date of Delivery . If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return and exchange. For more see our Return and Exchange Policy.

Question. Can used/washed products be exchanged / returned?
Answer. Only our products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for refund. Return/exchange is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
Question. What is the Payment Policy?
Answer. We are use Razorpay Gateway for order payments. You can read the Payment Policy in the Payment Terms page. We request you to be careful when you share your data with anyone including our payment partner to avoid any loss/ breech of data.
Question. What happens if the money is deducted and order could not be placed?
Answer. Whenever you pay through Razorpay Gateway, the Order Number is generated on confirmation of the payment automatically. Do not worry if the order is paid and order number generation has failed. We will assist you. The payment will be reversed in case of any Gateway related issue within 3-4 working days. In case there has been order number generation issue we will take care of it. Order details shall be sent to you by email or SMS on the on same or next working day. The Order shall be processed only further on your confirmation. You can also ask for 100% refund and we will process it immediately. It may take 3-4 working days to get credited to your account.
