You will need to inform us within 7 days of receiving the package as per our policy. You can inform us by writing to us at orders@returns.com or chat with us. We will respond on same or next business day. Do not forget to keep the Order Number handy while you inform us about the Refunds. Refunds will only be sent to account from which the payments were initially received. We will share your details with our payment partners for execution of the refund.
